Exchange and Returns

If there is a defect in a product, but you would like to replace it. We can arrange the pickup; you need to pay a pickup cost of Rs. 60/- for each item. You can opt only for a replacement.

• Return requests can be placed only at our portal Youthfirst.in.
• Return request should be made within 2 days of receipt of product.

It will be the sole discretion of Youth First for the decide on return request.

If the returned product is wrong or product does not match the product that we sent to the buyer. We cannot accept those returns

 if you receive package open while recording a video if its you receive wrong product
